UGC Recruitment 2025 UGC-NET for JRF and Assistant Professor (June 2025) 1000 Posts Online Application

University Grants Commission (UGC) is inviting eligible candidates to apply online for UGC-NET for JRF and Assistant Professor (June 2025). Interested and eligible candidates may apply online on or before 07-05-2025 , after making sure that they meet the concerned eligibility criteria.

Mode of Recruitment :

The UGC Test will consist of two papers, both comprising objective-type multiple-choice questions. Paper I will carry 100 marks and will include a total of 50 questions. Paper II will carry 200 marks and will include 100 questions. The total duration of the examination will be three hours.

Fee Structure :

The application fee is Rs. 325 for candidates belonging to SC, ST, PwD, and Third Gender categories, Rs. 600 for candidates from the General-EWS and OBC-NCL categories, and Rs. 1150 for all other candidates. The fee is to be paid online using a debit card, credit card, or net banking.

How to Apply :

Before 07-05-2025, online applications can be sent in using the facility that is being offered. Before filling out the application, carefully read the instructions. The candidate should fill out the online application with all of their personal and educational information in the right sections, according to their certifications. Applicants must upload a scanned copy of their photo and signature to the online application. A printout of the online application should be saved for future use.
